The upcoming interviews are with the President of NACTA and the final interview is with a travel agent who with NACTA to establish a new region in the Orlando, Florida area.

COHOSTED SEGMENT Familiarization (fam) trips expand your knowledge of destinations. Many fam trips offer classes to go along with the destination experience. Lorene recently attended NACTA's Annual Conference at Sea. MSC Cruise Lines hosted the event taking travel agents on a fall color tour of the Northeastern seaboard. Along the way Lorene attended courses and presentations offered by travel suppliers and vendors. One exciting session Lorene talks about on this show was a two hour presentation by Catherine Hegg. Catherine discussed the importance of blogging strategies to incorporate into your social media marketing plan. Listen in and learn about the great opportunities you can experience on fam trips.
