Moving your business forward and achieving real results in 2019 is the topic of this show. An amazing process developed in the mid-1970' has been used to propel Google, Intel, Amazon, and many small businesses to a level that they otherwise could not achieve. The process is simple and easily used by anyone with a desire to focus their efforts and resources on objectives with measurable results. The process is called "Objectives and Key Results," or OKR's. Barry recently worked with his company to implement the OKR system and shares his knowledge in this show about how you can apply OKR's to your travel business.
