Hello, Barry. Just wanted to drop a quick line here to say I liked this episode a lot. As someone still in the early stages of putting together a home-based travel business, I could empathize with Kelly's experiences, not to mention share in some of the frustrations (Florida also requires a Seller of Travel license - ugh!) and triumphs (I got a website and business cards - woohoo!). While I very much enjoy your regular show, having a newbie on was a great way to bring in all the advice from theory to practice, and I hope to meet other newbie agents via your show, as well as perhaps get an update from Kelly later on to see how things have progressed.

Keep up the great work, both you and Lorene.

Quick question: What happened to the forum? I know it sometimes went a while without being used, but it is such a great resource, and frankly, almost an unique one.

Thanks Daniel. We hope to get Kelly back on the podcast soon. The forum was over run with spam and I couldn't keep up with moderating all of the spam out of the posts. I'm thinking of creating a Wiki or some other content management program in place of the forum. Hopefully, I can find something that is less atrractive to spammers. Keep me posted on your start-up. Drop me an email if you would like to share your experiences on the podcast!

Thanks again Daniel!
Barry
